We will have special guest speakers...
Brett Darrington DC, ATC from
bpd Chiropractic Therapy & Sports Performance
Brett is going to give away a free Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessment
to one of our members. We will draw the name at the meeting, so the
winner needs to be present to claim their prize. FMS is a ranking and
grading system that documents movement patterns
that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns,
the FMS readily identifies
functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that
can reduce the effects
of functional training and physical conditioning and distort
body awareness.
