We start with a lake loop to get good and warmed up, and then hit the short, intense hills that surround the lake, most of them a quarter mile long (approx), 12%-15% grades. We regroup regularly so that we stay as a group and recover before starting another "lung scorcher".
Usually takes 90 minutes or so.
Be sure to have at least one headlight, one tail light, and reflective gear. A helmet light is also recommended.
