[cvc announce] Update on today's rides

As of now the rides are not cancelled, There is a 50% + chance of rain at 9am today and the forecast keeps changing. If it is raining at 9am the official rides will be cancelled but you can decide to ride on your own, but it will not be considered an official club ride. Jerry Scott 805 404-8525
