As was previously announced at the beginning of 2013

 this Sat. 8-10th is our "local" Away Ride :

9:00am Start : Zuma Beach (park on Westward Beach Rd. near the restrooms) 

                                                  where we usually re-group on our club rides

Orange/Red Ride: Zuma Beach-Point Dune-PCH-Latigo Canyon-Calimigos Ranch-Mulholland

                              Little Sycamore-Yerba Buena ( I know it's rough) Cochrain-Pacific View-

                              Deer Creek ( stop for the view & re-group- like last time)

                              Pacific Coast Hwy South- Broad Beach- PCH ( stop at Trancas Starbucks for coffee/snacks?)

                              PCH back to Zuma Beach ( AKA: Free Zuma) 

  46.2 Miles 

  6170' climbing ( as per RWGPS -which calculates a little higher than Garmin)

Gold Ride or Purple Ride Option: 

   Zuma Beach - North/West on PCH to as far as you want to ride and return to Zuma 

Please RSVP to me if you plan on riding Zuma with us so we know who to watch for at the start.

P.S.: The following Saturday 8-17th is the Cool Breeze Century of the Channel Islands Bike Club

in Ventura that many of our club members are riding.
