[cvc announce] Red route modification for Saturday / Sunday Social update

Hey Guys, I've heard a few too many concerns about the return route up through Sycamore Canyon on the red ride this Saturday. To give everyone an option, we'll appoint another ride leader to take the turn up Mulholland and return over Decker as originally planned.
