[Conejo Valley Cyclists] Hello CVC HERE ARE The RIDES FOR THIS WEEK.. Saturday's rides start at the Landing and Sunday at Starbuck Your club, CVC, along with the City of Thousand Oaks, and Pedego Electric Bikes will be hosting the local Ride of Silence on May 17th! . Let's bring awareness to the drivers of the Conejo Valley, stressing the importance of motor vehicles being cautious and patient with cyclists. With this annual ride-cyclists join an international movement to honor cyclists killed or injured while riding on public roadways and raise awareness that cyclists have a legal right to the road. Please come show your support at our local level for cyclists all over the globe. This will be a ride with an avg. of 10-11 mph with approx. a 12 mile ride. Gathering begins at 5:30 in front of Pedals and Pints at the TO Mall. There is no cost to participate, but we do ask you to register for safety and planning purposes.
