Time: 7:00 PM

What: Come on in for a tire changing clinic led by our own Kent and Win. (Bring a wheel to practice on) if you want. We will have time for hands on practice. 

Win will also talk about basic bike preparation. 

THEN...Richard R. Cimadoro, DC - from Bodyfix  will spend some time talking about his cycling experience,  and about how chiropractic adjustments and stretching help in sports and recovery. He will show a few exercises for cyclists and have time for questions.

A few raffle prizes MAY be going home with YOU. 

Snacks and drinks will be provided by CVC.
