As a reminder, this year the Nosco Foundation is honoring our longtime member and ride leader, Petros, as their January 1st recipient. For those who may not know, Petros was struck from behind by a vehicle on a lunchtime ride along PCH. He now lives with a severe traumatic brain injury and currently requires 24/7 care.
Petros and his family could truly use love, hope, and community—all of us.
Please join us on Thursday, January 1st—New Year’s Day—for a road ride in his honor.
We will roll at 10:00, and ride as a group to visit Petros where he is currently receiving care at Meadowbrook in Agoura Hills. Meadowbrook will welcome us with refreshments. Showing up together can have a profound impact on him and his family. After our visit, you can ride at your own pace up and over Rock Store or the Old Place, or whatever you want. The ride is free, but donations are greatly appreciated at mikenosco.com/donate.
After this stop, ride at your own pace up and over the world famous “Rock Store” climb, taking in some of the most scenic views, ride across Mulholland before dropping back down in to Westlake.
