Hey CVC'rs, It's time to meet up again & for our 2nd ANNUAL POT LUCK & MEMBERS MEETING. We will have two (2) special Guest Speakers... (1) *Jennifer Little* from our local Boy Scout Troop. She will speak on her experience on helping with Cruisin' the Conejo and the benefits it brings to the local scouting community. (2) *Brett Darrington *from bpd Chiropractic and Sports Theropy ( http://www.bpdchiro.com/). He will speak on nutrition, stretching, and the use of foam rollers.
