OUR NEW ( TEMPORARY ) START LOCATION IS TRIUNFO COMMUNITY PARK      980 ARANMOOR AVE. THOUSAND OAKS/WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA 91362

 

     PLEASE MEET UP IN THE REAR PARKING LOT. NOT THE STREET!

 

There is no parking in the first parking lot. Please park on the culdesac and rear parking lot area.se do not park on the residential side of the street.

HERE ARE OUR WEEKEND RIDES FOR SATURDAY 02-20-2021 &  SUNDAY 02-21-2021.

SATURDAY IS AN AWAY RIDE FOR ALL RIDE LEVELS.

START TIME IS 9:00 AM

STARTING IN VENTURA, RIDING THE COASTAL AREAS AND LAKE CASITAS CLOCKWISE.

101 NORTH, EXIT CALIFORNIA ST. AND TURN RIGHT, AT SANTA CLARA ST. TURN LEFT, PARKING LOT IS ON THE RIGHT BEFORE VENTURA AVE.

 

Pease bring and wear your masks at ride starts, regroups and when entering public areas.

Select your ride level and download / or print your route.

All CVC Non Members must sign a CVC Ride Waiver, no exceptions.

The CVC 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday Night

Hello all you Winter Night Mountain Bikers.

Winter is fading fast. Only three ( 1 ) count them 1, Winter Mountain Bike Rides remain.

Daylight savings time is upon us soon.

Now is the time to join in on the remaining winter mountain bike schedule.

Get out there and have some fun.

Future Routes to follow. Routes will be sent out by the hosts.

Please read the following before arriving at the ride start location.

Be cognizant of social distancing. Bring and wear your mask.

If you have air quality or other health concerns please err on the side of caution.

Ride at your own risk.

Helmets are mandatory, carry ride supplies and be sure your bike is in good working order.

Stay in bike lanes, ride single file, double when safe and do not overlap wheels.

Descend carefully at a safe distance while looking out for debris and road hazards.

Pass slower riders on the left and announce your intentions.

Ride predictably and use proper hand signals when changing lanes, turning, slowing and stopping.

Respect all traffic rules and the rights of motorized vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.

Inclement weather policy is safety first. If it is actively raining or the ride route has a wet surface it is out policy to cancel all club rides.
