Nate has generously offered to give away a free bike fitting to one of our members. (see below for rules)

He will be speaking on the below subjects:
 - Injury Prevention, Comfort, Efficiency, Power - The levels of importance with fit
 - Fitting the bike to the rider not the rider to the bike
 - Rider History and goals
 - Cleat Position (Half the fit)
 - Saddle height and fore aft positioning  
 - Body Weight distribution and basic posture on the bike

 - Must be a current member as of 9/26/2012.
 - Must be in attendance at the meeting.
