Just a quick thank you to everyone that was there for me today. There is nothing like having a family of support around when you need them. My bike crash could have been much worse! A little time and the road rash and collar bone will heal. I am pleased that the bike is OK. Only a couple of scratches on the shifters.

PS- I will back off a little on the descents, it's a tough learning curve.
