Hi Red Riders : I'm going to be out of town for a week
starting tomorrow and plan on returning by next Friday

Here is what I propose for this Saturday's Red Ride:

Saturday, March 16th 8:30am CVC Red Ride

8:30am Citibank/Sprouts Parking lot
(NE Corner of Agoura/Hampshire Rd.s/Westlake Blvd.)

CVC RED Ride:
Ride over to and up Rock Store:

Then from top of Rock Store - ride to Calamigos Ranch- by the rusty horses water stop ( first re-group spot)
Proceed on Kanan Rd. & up the west side and down Latigo Canyon to PCH

PCH to Leo Carrillo Campground parking lot (second re-group spot)

Return Mulholland Hwy to Westlake

Just under 60 miles and approx 4,000' climbing

After ride coffee & socializing - Natural Cafe' and/or other food/beverage establishments

within walking distance of your parked car.

See you Saturday at 8:00am

P.S: Good participation for the 1st of the Tuesday 5:15 and 5:30 DST rides this week

Please organize yourselves again in the same riding groups this next week in my absence

and have a good time. Jonathan W. should be there to lead out the Racer's group

Don't forget our Thurs. 5:30pm rides for the non Crit practicers

Richard F. plans on being there so you can continue our route like last year

Up Westlake to the top of Yerba and back down Little Sycamore to Westlake

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
