[cvc announce] New Safety Proposal

Hi CVC, Leader, Matt Guske, found this new pedestrian safety test. I would suggest as active citizens, that you all take a look and put in your 2 cents. . The NHTSA proposed a pedestrian safety test requirement for cars and trucks. I think this would save a lot of cyclists lives if passed.
