*CVC GOLD RIDE -- Saturday, October 26th, 8:30 AM* Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village -- Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner) for announcements; promptly at 8:30 am, then split into our groups to depart. We'll go out with the Orange Ride. *Route: 7 Seven Min. We will continue on to King Gillette Ranch and get water there. * *Reminder, there is no water at the top of 7 minute hill anymore. * * *The *Gold Ride* is an Intermediate recreational ride, 30-40+ miles in length and averaging 14+ mph. It is mandatory to have & wear a helmet. It is the rider's responsibility to ensure that the helmet is in good condition (check expiration on helmet inner tag) and that your bike is in working condition as well. *This is a "drop **ride**" so please understand the route before you start (and how to get back). As always we will try to stick together & have a fun safe **ride**. We will regroup regularly and to allow everyone a chance to ride together.* ** *Inclement weather policy*: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ridein these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride. Please remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd. (between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market.
