This meeting is for everyone—a great chance to get together, connect, and hear from incredible speakers who bring real value (and a bit of fun!) to our cycling community.
Gabe has been a CVC member for years, though many of you may not have seen him out recently. He brings a wealth of experience from his many years with the Los Angeles Fire Department as a Captain, Paramedic, and member of the International Search and Rescue Team.
He’ll share essential insights on how to handle emergency situations on rides—what to do in case of injuries, crashes, or other unexpected situations. We’re very fortunate to have him speaking with us!
Dr. Story is well-known in the cycling community for his deep understanding of athlete care and performance. He’s a chiropractor who specializes in pinpointing the real causes of pain—often ligament strain, tendon tension, or muscular imbalance—and helping athletes heal quickly and completely.
His topic will be:

Dr. Story will share how his YouTube channel, Cycling in Southern California, got started, the adventures he’s documented, funny behind-the-scenes stories, and tips on how you can start your own cycling channel.
